phew

okies..finally kurang 1kg lg selepas 3 mggu x turun..geram..mmg last two weeks i ate rice and lauk pauk yg heaven (fried food mcm ayam goreng msk kicap, bihun goreng, cucur udang, vadey..huu..).. mnyesal sudah skang ini..

lately jrg workout dah..sem dah bukak so mcm2 nak buat..skang ni dah x mkn mlm..hanya minum susu/soya or milo wif 1 spoon oat (tp boleh ke minum ni..sbb mcm bukan low fat)..thus i kene la rajin tiap2 ptg wajibul bsenam kul 5-7..

tapi tido kul 12am..owh..itu tidak baik skali..i should sleep at 10pm..so that boleh bgn pg nak workout for 30-40 min..maybe hari ini akan mula tido awal..:)
