Ramadhan Al-mubarak bakal menjelma..Alhamdulillah..I harap i boleh kontrol my food portion nnti..huu..sy akan balik kg selasa ni sehingga isnin..lebih kurang 6 hari lah..sbb hari isnin pagi2 akan gerak balik bkerja..6 hari without workout..huu..saya akan cuba beraerobik di kg..maybe sy akan wat toning excercise je..sebab bulan puasa nak workout over pun x bagus..nanti terhidrate pulak..so i just buat light excersice atau yoga based on magazines rapi dan shape. but i will make sure i akan buat 90 minutes every day..30min in the morning, 30min in the noon and 30 min in the evening.. so xada la penat sgt nnti..maybe makanan tu i akan jg..i will try to avoid oily food, rice and sodium..tp boleh ke xde minyak..murtabak pun byk minyak..lauk pauk pun berminyak..i akan masak di kg tapi akan guna less myk..i akan pantau mak i masak..haha..okla..i x kejam..i akan mkn apa yg mak i masak..jrg2 i balik..so apa salahnya kalau kita break the rules..but bpada2..=)

Walaupun from obes to overweight.. i'm still happy..my target is to get a normal weight ..i need to loss 12kg lg..and i think i maybe dlm masa 3bln i akan bjaya..(ni tolak hari raya mkn lontong, ketupat dan rendang..hehe)...and i also will workout to get a place for my study..uwek...Nota Kaki: Jgn Mkn mlm utk turunkan berat bdn..i dah cuba..tp i must hv a light bkfast utk workout pd waktu pg..
